Dan Vos Construction has worked with Butterball Farms Inc. since 2008. Over the years, design and construction services were provided to continuously evaluate and upgrade the Buchanan Ave. butter production facility;

• Renovation of mixing plant
• Process areas, wall and plant upgrades
• Flooring, baseboard and curbing upgrades
• Cooler renovation, ceiling replacement
• CEO Office Renovation
• USDA Office Renovation
• On-going design plans for plant updates

In addition, we are in the planning stages of renovating approximately 50,000 sq. ft. of existing processing area on the main level of the facility.

Butterball Farms is home of the only USDA Grade AA butter ball in the industry.  The manufacturer mixes and forms a variety of shapes and flavors of butter to be distributed throughout the United States.
