Emmanuel Hospice HQ

Office Consolidation and Restoration
Creating new office headquarters for Emmanuel Hospice involved combining several separate suites into a clean and streamlined office build-out that maximizes on the original elements of the building.  Although the cleaning and repair of elements such as the wood beams and the floor was a major challenge of the project, it also offered a great opportunity, in creating an authentic, high quality office space.

The new office features 13 private offices, a grief support room, collaborative work spaces and a large conference room. Sequencing of the work had to be done in smooth coordination with trade craftsmen on the project to ensure that restored areas were kept pristine during ongoing work. Our team worked with the building owner to also meet the landlord project goals.
