Helmhold + Company accounting firm received a12,572 square foot upgrade to their office suite including 15 individual offices, lobby and conference areas. Innovative furniture solutions and updated storage make the staff feel engaged while offering flexible options to fit the needs of each person. The reception area, staff break room, kitchen and restrooms encompass a variety of materials where finishes go together flawlessly, showing a high attention to quality.The intent of the renovation was to take full advantage of the existing architecture, yet make it a more functional, properly flowing space. Meeting rooms with updated furniture and lighting were added to create a collaborative feel. A classical, timeless color scheme was implemented to create a sense of ease in the space and bring a renewed sense of vitality into the office. Inviting furniture, wood finishes and updated fixtures were used in the lobby to make clients feel welcome and comfortable. The renovation created a functional, engaged office that fits the needs for both the everyday staff as well as for their clients.
