The expansion of The H.T. Hackney distribution center involves an addtion of a dry goods warehouse and a new freezer. Also part of the redesign of the facility is a relocation and update of employee spaces.

The warehouse expansion is 90,000 sq. ft while the freezer is 30,000 sq. ft. Our design/build multi-phase expansion features IMP exterior, natural daylighting and energy savings. Technically advanced 16 truck bays replace and expand shipping and receiving capacity. Employee areas feature lockers, restrooms and offices.
