The Hudsonville Ice Cream facility was created through a re-design of an existing building, then renovated and customized for Hudsonville Ice Cream’s move of operations from Burnips to Holland, MI.


The project consists of a 6,000 sq. ft. Office and 68,000 sq. ft. Dairy Production Facility


  • Production area consists of 15,000 sq. ft. of -20° storage freezer; -40° spiral freezer; mixing rooms with dairy brick flooring; and stainless steel wall panels

  • Interior office space is state of the art with the old world look of masonry walls; heavy timber ceilings; oversized wood trim details; and features a casual conference room with a fireplace and break room with a soda fountain
