Amway Distribution Center

Ada, Michigan

DVCC designed and built this state-of-the-art distribution center, currently called Quixtar Distribution Center. Precast panels were used in the construction of this 632,500 square foot building. Floor flatness levelness of FF42-FL25 were maintained in the warehouse area.

The facility includes a 32,000 square foot office, café and locker room area. A basement was included under the office area for shelter and storage space.
