Due to a non-negotiable start-up date, this project was fast-tracked from day one.The renovations incorporated the following into the facility: processing areas, refrigeration, freezing, packaging, shipping, locker rooms, rest rooms, human resources, break room, first-aid/nurse’s office, dry storage, sanitation room, laundry facilities, and USDA office/lab areas.
